Go to www.gmail.com
Login using your email address: (ex: logistics@hamburgtradingcorp.com)
Password: (one you just provided)
To delete old messages refer to screenshot below.
Make sure to empty trash in order to reduce the storage usage. Changes made in storage will take effect after 24 hrs.
Check your storage used:
On the search bar,
1. type: older_than:1y (y-years)(m-months).
2.Select all message filter,
3.Select all conversations that match.
4. Delete
You may delete also the messages in sent items folder.
Empty trash after deleting messages.
